Mailmaster is a suite of communication tools that lets you contact customers in a secure environment via SMS, digital letters, email and more.

It all starts with just a basic SMS

The process starts with the customer being sent an SMS inviting them to view the letter or the portal. The customer is asked for some security information, for example, their date of birth or postcode.

Once confirmed, they can then open the letter or view the portal with the relevant options, for example, view their letter, view their balance, make a payment, view an income and expenditure form, change of address, and complete a customer satisfaction form.

All the information is time and date stamped and captured in report format and delivered to you.

Number Validation

Phone number validation is the process of checking the validity of both landline and mobile numbers. 

Number validation is designed to save time and cost, and increase efficiencies in any outbound call centre environment.

  • Landline check to show if the telephone can take an inbound call.
  • Mobile checked against mobile network operator and home location register to see if the handset has been live within the last 72 hours.

SMS Landing Pages

Creating an SMS landing page allows you to contact your customers by SMS and point them to a defined URL.

Normal SMS is limited to 160 characters. However, by offering a unique URL hyperlink within the SMS content, you can direct users to an optimised web page, adapted for all mobile devices.
