Apprentice Helpdesk Consultant
The job can be a mixture of home and office-based work to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Our office is in Stafford town centre, with free on-site secure parking and a 3-minute walk from Stafford train station.
Saascoms is looking for the right person to join our team. You will learn the business from the ground up, working towards supporting Saascoms in a number of different areas, including tech support management, system design, training, account management, or sales.
The role will include first-line support, helpdesk calls and emails. Creating customer accounts, resetting passwords, and adding permissions. Creating digital journeys for customers. Creating test accounts for customers and supporting them with online training. Responding to open support tickets and monitoring webchat.
Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.
£8/10 per hour for year 1.
25 days annual leave.
